Communication Skills 50 % Verbal Presentation	Excellent Strong oral, visual, and nonverbal abilities. Effective decision making choices regarding communication with the use of VIDEO. Exceptional use of language, post-production skills/explanation, organization and structure.	Good Good communication skills. Student uses verbal and nonverbal communication somewhat effectively and understanding of communication with the use of VIDEO.	Fair Verbal and nonverbal communication skills are weak and lack appropriate messaging. Questionable choices about communication with the use of VIDEO. but some degree of understanding is present.	Poor Communication skills, verbal and nonverbal messages, are poor and lack detail and appropriate purpose.
Video Showcase 30 % Visual Presentation	Excellent Showcasing video samples to represent diverse examples of student character exemplify transferable skills. The video shows and exceeds the criteria. The video exceeds expectations.	Good Showcasing video samples are appropriate, the student work represents acceptable conventions and exemplify some transferable skills.	Fair Showcasing video samples are not diverse and represent limited skills and abilities. The video comparisons have little relation to presentation.	Poor Showcasing video samples lack diversity and do not effectively portray student skills and abilities. The video comparisons have NO relation to presentation.
Students Participating 20 % Reciprocate influence and inspiration to pass over to audience.	Excellent Students participating are demonstrated and are well done.	Good Students participating are lacking and are rarely present.	Fair Students rarely participate and are NOT demonstrated.	Poor No participation involved or missing from presentation.
