Story	4 Student has chosen a story that is well written and requires a higher level of thinking for division.	3 Student has chosen a complete story that aligns with division, but the quality of writing could improve.	2 Story is incomplete in some way and does not execute a division operation.	1 Story is not appropriate for the operation chosen or attempted.
Representation	4 Student's drawings or representations are accurate, complete and align with the story.	3 Student's drawings or representations are aligned with the story, but there is one error.	2 Student's drawings or representations are attempted but incomplete or accurate.	1 Student drew no pictures or representations of his/her story.
Calculations	4 Problem requires more than one operation. All steps are completed properly	3 Problem is directly related to the division unit. It is a single step problem and all work is correct.	2 Student has one minor error in their solution	1 The work does not solve the problem and is not related to the key words and/or there is more than one error in the problem.
