Classroom design is well thought out. It is easy for students to maneuver in room. Furniture can easily be used for individual or group work.
Student work and posters are on the walls. The classroom has a welcoming atmostphere which includes more than three of the following: alternative lighting, variety of color, rugs, music, bean bags or similar seating, aroma, plants.

Some thought has been put into classroom design. Students can maneuver around most areas of room easily. Furniture can be used for individual or group work with a little effort. Posters and student work appears on walls. The classroom includes at least two of the following: alternative lighting, variety of color, rugs, music, bean bags or similar seating, aroma, plants.
