	Poor 5 pts	Fair 10 pts	Good 15 pts	Excellent 20 pts
Knowledge of Choreography	Poor Does not remember combos. Struggles and looks around. Gives up eventually or at the beginning showing no sign of effort.	Fair Needs a lot of time to remember combos struggles but tries and attempts to not give up at certain times.	Good Can remember combos and execute them given some time, does not give up. Misses one or two steps.	Excellent Can remember combos and execute them quickly, has choreography down.
Technical Skills	Poor Feet not pointed, legs not straight, floppy arms	Fair Potential but needs to work on basics. Pointed feet and turn out	Good Potential for great technique, Needs to work on extension and stamina	Excellent Excellent techniques! Good footwork and nice arms.
Performance Skills	Poor Shows no emotion, blank face boring to watch. Looks like they do not care.	Fair Sporadic performance cannot hold a face, breaks character	Good Performs, but with the same facial expression for all dances	Excellent Engaged in performing. Uses diverse facial expressions appropriately.
Rhythm/Tempo	Poor Makes up their own counts, does not accent correct beats	Fair Goes in and out of the music struggles.	Good Is on the music no accents, but shows some rhythm.	Excellent Accents the beats in the music, adds a little more accent to the pieces.
Professionalsim	Poor Student does not show any professionalism and has a bad attitude that is not acceptable.	Fair Student shows some professionalism, although has a poor attitude.	Good Student shows professionalism mostly throughout performance.	Excellent Students shows integrity and professionalism and is commendable for their work along with a positive attitude.
