Completion & Effort	Excellent Writer exceeds or fulfills the requirements by writing fully detailed sentences in Chinese and has put care and effort into the process. Topic is discussed thoroughly.	Good Writer included somewhat detailed sentences. Most information on topic included.	Satisfactory Writer has included some or a few detailed sentences, leaving out key components of the writing prompt.	Poor Incomplete coverage of topic.
Comprehensibility	Excellent Reader can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate. Chinese vocabulary and idioms are used correctly. No interpretation on part of reader is necessary.	Good Reader can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate. Mostly correct use of Chinese vocabulary and idioms. Minimal interpretation on the part of reader is required.	Satisfactory Reader can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate and must rely on interpretation. Incorrect use of vocabulary and idioms.	Poor Multiple errors in vocabulary/idiom usage. Incomprehensible throughout writing.
Content/Organization	Excellent Content is well organized and flows. Variety of complete sentences and smooth transitions are incorporated.	Good Presentation is generally logical.
