Student was on task more than off task. Was not 100% on task. Participated, with clean up, but could have done more.

Student was on task every day and worked diligently on their project. Student was in their seat and not excesively talking during the lesson time. Teacher did not have to remind student to not have their phone out during class. Student was in their seat and cleaned up responsibly after each class.
