1 Instant Activity Completed/Ready for Activity	Yes All Done: Instant activity completed and ready to share with the class.	No Sections Not Completed: Instant activity missing parts or not ready to share with the class.
2 Creativity/Originality	Yes All Done: Is your instant activity creative, original, and something that you made up at least part of. Must have at least a few adaptations to a previously made game to make it your own, if not already completely original.	No Sections Not Completed: Is your instant activity copied off the internet, not original, or too similar to other activities we have done in class.
3 Meets the Time Requirement (10 minutes)	Yes All Done: The instant activity last between 8-10 minutes in duration	No Sections Not Completed: The instant activity lasts fewer than 8 minutes in duration
4 Must be Vigorous Physical Activity	Yes All Done: Instant activity must include physical activity done with a large amount of effort.
