Health Triangle
This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Students will evaluate their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include evidence that supports them being healthy in each area of health. The Health Triangle should also include evidence of things that they can do to improve in each area of health.
