always goes back on what he says, and never openly tells the truth.

is 50/50 on telling the truth and always seems like he just tells the people what they want.

always says what he believes to be true whether it is right or wrong showing his own kind of honesty.

the people believe every word he says and he speaks his mind with great confidence.
Ability to delegate

passes on his duty of delegation to someone else to take care of it.
Fair
attempts to delegate powers but is uninformed and puts people in bad positions.
Good
has done his research on who he wants to delegate powers two, but mostly for his own benefit.
Excellent
has done exemplary research on you deserves and can best handle the delegated powers and wants what is best for the country as a whole.
Communication

has poor to no time or desire to communicate with the public or with advisers.
Fair
seemingly is forced to communicate because of position and is clearly not meant for that responsibility.

looks forward to any chance he can get to be able to communicate any topic good or bad and communicates well.
Excellent
loves the idea of talking to others about what he is doing to help them and always makes it understandably for everyone.
Sense of humor

is straight and to the point never smiles or anything.
Fair
might smile or crack a joke but is typically considered as forced or unnecessary.
Good
always tries to make smiling and jokes a point he puts into speech and the fans are hit and miss with him.
Excellent
is always able to lighten the mood in any situation people love him for his reliability and comfortableness
Confidence

is always shaking and stuttering in front of people.
Fair
seems shy on stages and talks slow and might forgot a few lines due to the shyness.
Good
is comfortable and prepared for his speech 50/50 on whether he can answer questions.
Excellent
exudes confidence on stage and is always fully prepared for anything from speech to questions asked.
Commitment
Poor
never does what he says he going to do and jumps from topic to topic never actually working on something.
Fair
most of the time he tries to stay to his word but doesn't usually fully complete the task.
Good
considers it important to keep his word but understands that things take time, so he usually completes his work but not always.
Excellent
it is his main task to fully keep his word and get it done no matter what anybody else says and makes sure it always gets completed.
Positive attitude

always says very negative things and is very pessimistic about the future.
Fair
is very neutral on any topic as either not bad or not good.

is verily positive about majority of topics but understands not everything is positive.

is supremely positive and no topic is negative and is extremely optimistic.
Creativity

shows no sense of creativity at all and completes his speech word for word.

shows very little signs of creativity and is mostly straight to the point but might but a line or two he came up with in speech

during his speeches always looks for opportunity to improve a few lines into speech and will even help write the speech.

always writes his own speech and will improve at lots of different times giving the speech personality.

no one would follow him anywhere or get excited about anything he says.

a select few will fall him for no other reason than his position that he is in.

majority will follow him for his social skills or his beliefs that people also believe in.

everyone follows him and listens to whatever he has to say, no one feels left out or not spoken for after the speech.
Intuition
Poor
he always assumes the future and is always wrong about what he believe will happen.
Fair
seldom does he try to have his intuition lead but when he does it is 50/50 whether it is right or wrong.
Good
will follow his intuition a good bit of the time and is mostly right about the future.
Excellent
always leads with his intuition on any topic and is always seemly semi or all the way correct on what will happen.
