Student Generated Questions Student Generated Questions Students are to create 7 exam questions by themselves. It must include: the topic on the question, the section in which the question came from, the problem worked out correctly, and 4 multiple Choice questions. Number of Questions 5 pts	Poor Student has an inadequate number of questions.	Fair Student has at least 5 questions.	Great Student has 7 questions.
Test Questions 5 pts Enter description	Poor Questions do not relate to presentation given.	Fair Most questions are well written and have a clear relation to presentation.	Great All questions clear & relate to all parts of presentation. Each part of presentation is covered.
Level of questions 5 pts Enter description	Poor Question on test do not provide a variety of thinking levels, and most are lower levels of thinking or too easy for your lesson.	Fair Some variety in thinking levels and several higher levels of thinking.	Great Students have to think to answer all questions, are higher order thinking questions.
Spelling, Mathematics, and clarity 5 pts	Poor Misspelled questions, Mathematical errors, and/or unclear questions. Students do not know what they are expected to do from the question.	Fair Some misspelled questions, 1-2 Mathematical errors, questions mostly clear.	Great No misspellings or mathematical errors. Students know exactly what they are supposed to do to answer the question.
