Read / Discuss ISS guidelines	Excellent Read and Discussed ISS rules and guidelines packet with SIC / ISS Coordinator.	Good Student completed this task after a few warnings.	Poor Student completed task half way through the ISS period.	Fail Student is defiant and refuse to be on-task and complete assignment.
Disruptive Behavior	Excellent Student worked quietly and independently without disrupting others.	Good Student was redirected once regarding disruptive and off task behaviors.	Poor Student was reminded and warned more than once regarding disruptive and off task behaviors.	Fail Student refused to cooperate and followed directions. Defiant and Insubordinate
Basic Rules and Expectations	Excellent Student followed rules and ISS guidelines without incident.	Good Student was reminded to follow rules and stayed on task more than once.	Poor Student was given a verbal warning re: off task behaviors.	Fail Student was sleeping and not engaging with ISS staff. Student slept and was then removed from ISS temporarily by mbit administrative staff and / safety coordinator.
Assignment Completion	Excellent Student completed ISS behavioral intervention learning packets and then classwork / make up work for his / her program.	Good Student completed all classroom and program assignments after more than one warning and reminders to stay on task.	Poor Student gave minimal effort to working and completing his assignments.	Fail Student refused to participate and engage in the ISS assignment task. Student was removed from ISS temporarily to guidance counselor / mbit administrative staff.
Prepared to work	Excellent Student had all books and materials for working on assignments.	Good Student entered ISS office without textbook, paper, pencil and other materials from class / locker. Student was sent back to class to obtain necessary working tools and materials.	Poor Student gave minimal effort to completing ISS assignments and / or classroom / program assignments.	Fail Student was defiant and insubordinate refusing to participate and engage in ISS. Student was removed from ISS temporarily spoken to by safety coordinator and / or mbit administrative staff.
