Developing Correctly identifies isolated sounds within words with at least 75% accuracy, but consistently struggles in one or more areas (ex: ending sounds).	Proficient Correctly identifies beginning, middle, and ending sounds of spoken words with 90% accuracy.
Deletion	Needs Improvement Unable to orally delete phonemes from beginning, middle, or ends of words with at least 60% accuracy.
