Introduction	Excellent Presenter gave a clear and concise introduction of the topic, so that the audience understood the purpose of the presentation.	Good Presenter gave a clear introduction of the topic, but the sense of the presentation was vague. The audience for the most part understood the purpose of the presentation.	Poor Presenter did not give a clear and concise introduction of the topic of the presentation, so the audience was confused about the purpose of the presentation.
Content	Excellent Presenter gave clear details, descriptions and explanations about her/himself that support the topic of each slide	Good Presenter gave details and descriptions that were somewhat complete with explanations of how these facts support the topic	Poor Presenter failed to give complete facts and some were confusing as to how they supported the topic.
Organization	Excellent Presenter was extremely organized in the delivery of this presentation. The flow of the presentation was clear and concise and easy to follow.	Good Presenter was organized in the delivery of this presentation. The flow of the presentation was somewhat clear. For the most part it was not confusing to follow.	Poor Presenter was unorganized in the delivery of this presentation. The flow of the presentation was unclear and confusing to follow.
Language	Excellent Presenter used sentence structures, pronunciation and/or language that were grammatically correct. Delivery	Excellent Lots of eye contact. Great voice volume, tone and pacing. Hand gestures and body movement which supported the presentation.	Good Some eye contact and good voice volume, tone and pacing. Some appropriate gestures and movement that supported the presentation.	Poor Lack of eye contact, poor voice volume, tone and pacing. Inappropriate gestures and movement, which detracted from the presentation.
Overall Effectiveness	Excellent Presenter was very enthusiastic, kept the attention of the audience the whole time and the purpose of the presentation was achieved.	Good Presenter was somewhat enthusiastic and kept the audience's attention for the most part. The purpose of the presentation was mainly achieved.	Poor Presenter was unenthusiastic, audience's attention showed disinterest and the purpose for the presentation was not achieved.
