Students will put together for an overall planning of the event discussing the type of project, the objectives, publics' Interests, the specific appeals, the core message, channels & the evaluation methods. In addition to the content listed on the checklist they should include an event plan that includes goals & objectives for the event, strategies for organizing & promoting the event, a budget & a timetable of activities before, during & after the event, & backup plan they have in place.
