CAT-3_Event Planning Presentation Event Coordination Students will put together for an overall planning of the event discussing the type of project, the objectives, publics' Interests, the specific appeals, the core message, channels & the evaluation methods. In addition to the content listed on the checklist they should include an event plan that includes goals & objectives for the event, strategies for organizing & promoting the event, a budget & a timetable of activities before, during & after the event, & backup plan they have in place.
