Professional attire Is your stylist dressed appropriately?	Poor They have loose clothing and janglly jewelry.	Fair No jewelry that is hanging , clothing fits right, but is not in style.	Good Clothing is in fashion fits right and is clean.	Excellent Clothing is clean, movable, fashionable but not inappropriate ,and without dangling jewelry.
Professional behavior Is stylist acting professionally?	Poor Behavior is terrible.	Fair Behavior is mildly appropriate.	Good Behavior pleasant but not professional	Excellent Behavior is professional and pleasant.
First impression Is your stylist making you feel at home?	Poor First impression was terrible did not have a positive attitude.	Fair First impression was positive but did not feel very welcomed.	Good First impression was positive and welcoming but not perfect.	Excellent First impression made you feel very welcoming and positive made you feel very comfortable.
