Australian Explorers 
This Rubric will assess your performance in bringing together research to create a speech and design a Google slides presentation in order to educate the class on the importance of a certain explorer(s) of Australia, post colonisation. Included in this assignment will be biographies of the individual explorers, the reasons behind their explorations and their noted achievements.

Students lack engagement with the audience with a lack of use of tone in their voice and only a small amount of body language and images used.
Elementary

Students demonstrate no tone in their voice and little eye contact with the audience. Images are not referred to at all.
