Bow facing the ground, attach arrow to string. Arrow should be placed on top of shelf. Arrow tip should be facing the ground when nocking the bow.

Draw

Hook two to three fingers onto string at first knuckle, extend bow arm toward target. Draw string back to chin, keeping the bow arm straight.
