Triple Jump
	Needs Improvement 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Approach	Needs Improvement Arms cross midline of the body. Running style is erratic. Legs do not pump aggressively	Fair Arms do not cross midline. Running style is smooth, but not aggressive.	Good Arms do not cross midline. Running style is aggressive with good knee pump.
Hop and Step/Leap	Needs Improvement Doesn't hop on 1 foot. Steps/hops off the wrong foot. Loses momentum. Arms by side.	Fair Hops off correct foot. Follows through with step. Gains slight momentum. Arms slightly forward.	Good Begins by hopping forward on 1 foot. Then steps forward with the opposite foot and drives this leg up and out. Generates power. Arms swing forward on leap.
Jump/Flight/Landing	Needs Improvement Feet staggered completely. Legs are straight when landing. Arms not in front.	Fair Feet are a bit staggered on landing. Hands at side. Semi-low landing.	Good Finishes with a push off correct foot. Driving arms up Jumps into a 2-foot landing. Hands in front of body. Exits pit correctly.
