Quiz Content	4 Questions contain relevant information based to the lesson. Critical thinking is necessary to answer the questions. It is clear from the questions that the author knows the storyline.	3 Questions contain information from the lesson, but many do not require more than surface knowledge to answer. Author generally knows the lesson, but some confusion exists in the question.	2 Questions often ask questions not directly related to the lesson or may focus on insignificant details. Author does not appear to know the lesson.	1 Questions do not relate to the lesson.
Question Formation	4 Proper grammar and punctuation are present. It is clear to the reader what the question is asking.	3 Grammar may not perfect - question may contain 1 or 2 errors. It is generally clear what the question is asking. Some confusion may exist.	2 Poor grammar with 3 or more errors. Questions marks may or may not be used.
