INFERENCE	Poor Student does not understand what the picture is trying to infer.	Fair Student is able to partially infer what the picture is trying to infer.	Good Student is able to make coherent inferences about what the picture is trying to infer and what is in the picture to make him/her think so.
EVIDENCE	Poor Students does not provide evidence with the inference.	Fair Student provides some evidence with the inference. However, it is not significant enough to show that he/she understands what should be inferred.	Good Student provides evidence that is significant to the inference that he/she made.
CONVENTIONS/ WRITING	Poor Sentences are correctly constructed and coherent.	Fair Some sentences are well constructed and coherent. Others have subject verb agreement errors and punctuation errors.	Good All conventions are correct. Sentences have correct subject verb agreement.
