Sequence	Level 4 Warm-up has a specific sequence that makes logistical (fluid transitions) and physical sense (taking muscle groups into consideration).	Level 3 Warm-up has a specific sequence with few logistical (fluid transitions) or physical (taking muscle groups into consideration)problems.	Level 2 Warm-up has somewhat of a sequence with logistical (fluid transitions) or physical (taking muscle groups into consideration)problems.	Level 1 Warm-up does not follow any specific sequence.
Presentation	Level 4 Warm-up is easy to follow, with loud prompting, and motivation for classmates.	Level 3 Warm-up is easy to follow, with some promting motivation for classmates.	Level 2 Warm-up is somewhat easy to follow but lacks prompting or motivation for classmates.	Level 1 Warm-up is not easy to follow and has no prompting motivation.
Includes all Required Fields	Level 4 Includes all aspects required for the warm up (Joint analysis, cardio, strengthening, stretching). Individual section is 3 minutes in length.
