Overall Appearance	Excellent The sheathing is very clean looking and does not have excessive gaps.	GOOD There are some minor defective pieces cut or nailed. Joints are generally good	FAIR The sheathing has various things misaligned. there are 2x4s that can be seen through the gaps	UNDEVELOPED The project is not completed,needs major modifications.	NON-COMPLIANCE project not completed in time period given.
Completeness	Excellent All phases of sheathing are installed according to building techiques .	GOOD There is one or two missing pieces of sheathing. Could use a few more nails.	FAIR There are a few sheets missing. The job is incomplete,not nailed off 100%	UNDEVELOPED There are many members missing. <BR> Job incomplete.not nailed off 100%	NON-COMPLIANCE 50% job not finished.
Craft	Excellent It is obvious that the team has taken time and care during construction. Cuts are straight and not jagged, there is no missed layout<BR> issues.
