Organization	EXEMPLARY/Well done! Notebook is organized, and it contains all dates, titles, and page numbers arranged in order.	ACCOMPLISHED/Good Job! Notebook is organized, numbered, and in good condition, and contains all sections with a few missing dates, titles, and/or standards or it is out of order.	DEVELOPING Needs more effort Notebook is messy, but contains all sections with many missing titles, dates, and/or standards or it is out of order.	Needs Improvement Notebook is not organized and contains missing sections and papers are not in order.	Total Points
Warm-ups	EXEMPLARY/Well done! Math Notebook contains: all Warm-ups and are neatly completed and clearly labeled.	ACCOMPLISHED/Good Job!
