Chest Pass	Excellent 1. Ball at Chest level 2. Hands on side of ball 3. Push ball away 4. FT w/ thumbs down 5. Caught at waist level	Acceptable Missing 1 or 2 components	In Progress Missing 3-4 components	Not Sufficient Pass not acceptable
Bounce Pass	Excellent 1. Ball at Chest level 2. Hands on side of ball 3. Push ball away 4. FT w/ thumbs down 5. Ball bounces 1 time 6. Caught at waist level	Acceptable Missing 1 or 2 components	In Progress Missing 3-4 Components	Not Sufficient Pass not acceptable

General Passing	Excellent Student can perform all 3 passes in correct spacing with no errors noticeable. Passing is used in game play and regular use	Acceptable Student uses passes inconsistently but form and technique is adequte for the purpose	In Progress Student can pass the basketball accurately but does struggle to perform the passes as inteded. Form errors are apparent.	Not Sufficient Student is not using correct passing form. They struggle to maintain proper stance. Passes are errant and do not go where student intended.
