Freedom Quilt Freedom Quilt Quilt assembled by class to show understandind of Freedom Quilts purpose. Each child constructs their own quilt square to add to quilt. The quilt is a map to safely guide slaves to free territories. Then the students write about the symbols used and why they used them.
