Plan relation is at a minimum.	Proficient Most objectives are met with some written errors, obtainable and are sufficiently related to the unit plan.	Distinguished Each objective is clearly written, well developed, obtainable, and clearly related to the unit plan.
Student-Centered Lesson plan is student-centered, based on students' skills and abilities while taking into account their interests and grade level tasks.	Needs Imporvement Students have little to no relatability to the lesson with little to no control over the requested task.	Proficient Students have some understanding/relatability to the lesson with control of at least one aspect of the requested task.	Distinguished Students have the ability to relate to the lesson, take ownership and are in control of the requested task.
High-Yield Instruction Lesson plan is utilizing the high-yield instructional strategies.
