Active Involvement	Excellent Student is constantly engaged in the activity. Student shows awareness of the issues and asks and answered questions.	Above Average Student could participate more in the activities.	Average Student is a passive participant through most of the immersion experience.	Poor Student is not involved with the activities around the immersion trips. Student is distracting to the group as a whole.	Teacher Score
Preparation	Excellent Student completed assigned task/role and is ready with required materials for the immersion activities. Student has done all assignments with best effort and is ready for the activities.	Above Average Student completed assigned task/role and is ready with required materials for the immersion activities. Student has done the basic required assignments and is ready for most of the activities.	Average Student has completed some of the assigned tasks / role and is somewhat ready for the immersion activities. Attitude	Excellent Student is positive about the immersion activities being and sets the example for students around him/her.	Above Average Student is positive about the immersion activities.
