Student sometimes listens to the instructor, occasionally disrupts instruction and needs a reminder to get on task. Student sometimes expresses a poor attitude towards the activity and/or teacher. Student rarely tries his/her best.
Unsatisfactory
Student rarely listens to the instructor, disrupts instruction and is not involved with the class activity. Student expresses a poor attitude towards the activity and/or teacher. Student does not try his/her best.
