Organization	Excellent Newspaper is clearly and neatly organized. It is easily understood by audience.	Good Newspaper is organized, but could be neater or more easily understood.	Fair Newspaper is somewhat organzied, but not easily understood by the uninformed reader. Construction is not neat	Poor There is no or little organization evident in the newspaper. Constuction is sloppy.
