Answers	Poor Students have the wrong answer and the incorrect number sentence.	Fair Students have the wrong answer, but have the right number sentence.	Good Students have both the correct number sentence and answer.
Use of Math Symbols	Poor Students do not use math symbols correctly.	Fair Students use a plus/minus sign, but fail to use the equal sign OR students use an equal sign, but fail to use the plus/minus sign correctly.	Good Students use all correct math symbols in number sentences.
Cooperative Learning	Poor Students do not work together and have separate answers.	Fair Students work together, but have separate answers.	Good Students work together and have the same answers.
