	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because facilitators jump around.	Good Facilitators present information in logical and interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Subject Knowledge	Poor Facilitators do not have grasp of information; cannot answer questions about subject.	Fair Facilitators are uncomfortable with information and are able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Facilitators are at ease with all questions and can offer explanations and elaboration.
Eye Contact	Poor Facilitators read all of their presentation with no eye contact.	Fair Facilitators occasionally uses eye contact, but still read most of presentation.	Good Facilitators maintain eye contact and seldom return to notes.
Speaking Presentation	Poor Facilitators mumbled, incorrectly pronounced terms, and spoke too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Facilitators' voices are low and they incorrectly pronounce terms. Students have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Facilitators' voices are clear and they pronounce most words correctly. Students can hear presentation.
Encouragement	Poor Facilitators did not encourage any of the students to question or seek clarification.	Fair Facilitators occasionally encouraged a few students to question or seek clarification	Good Facilitators encouraged students to question or seek clarification
