Using book & getting help	Poor Accessed nothing that was usable during the time allowed.	Fair Did appear to make an effort to find questions in book or ask teacher for help.	Good Used the time provided and used the homework help and/or asked teacher for assistance.
Focus	Poor Spent most of the time on something other than the task at hand.	Fair Was on task more than off task.	Good Was focused on the task at hand.
Results	Poor Has little to nothing to show for the time provided.	Fair Made some progress toward completing the work needed to be completed.	Good Has most of what is needed.
Overall behavior	Poor Was off task and needed several reminders to get on task.	Fair Was off task a little, but got to work once reminded.	Good Stayed on task and was able to accomplish most or all of the assignment.
