Creativity Does this piece make you think/feel? Was it interesting to watch Did the piece clearly exude the Emotion that was given?	Unsatisfactory Shows little sense of creativity and choroegraphic ability. Emotion was not evident within piece.	Developing Demonstrates some sense of creativity, but emotion was not clear. Audience was not able to understand Emotion.	Proficient Choreography shows a good sense of creative style but could have thought outside the box a bit more to enhance Emotion.	Exemplary Dance piece is well constructed using creative means to purvey the Emotion. Choreographer thought outside the box.
Performance Skills Did the dancer use their best energy and effort? Was an appropriate amount of time put into the final performance?	Unsatisfactory The dancer is not very focused, concentrated or committed to the project.	Developing The dancer is generally focused, but only some attempt made to communicate with the 'audience'.	Proficient The dancer performs with good energy and effort and expressed emotion within the movement and with facial expression.	Exemplary The dancer created a believable character through their performance. They perform with excellent energy and effort.
