Fair Student showed partial understanding of the questions.The answer was quite limited.	Poor Student answered questions but not really related to questions. The answer was very limited to one or two words.
Pronunciation & Clarity 4 pts	Excellent Student's pronunciation understandable with errors that did not interfere with comprehension.	Good Student's pronunciation was understandable with some errors.	Fair Student's pronunciation made understanding difficult.	Poor Student's pronunciation was almost incomprehensible.
Fluency 4 pts	Excellent Student was able to communicate clearly with no difficulty. Answers were clear and comprehensible.	Good Pausing and hesitations did not interfere with the audience's ability to comprehend the speaker's message.
