knowledge of Concept Novela Notes: Mini Novela is meant to activate the knowledge and understanding of the Social Cultural Component of the lesson. Beginning Students have take no to minimal notes showcasing understanding and connection to the cultural background of the lesson	Developing Students have applied some of the specific concepts and showcase an understanding to the cultural component of this project.	Proficient The BDI stragegy successfully showcases that the learner can identify cutlutral conponets, have visual and writen notes with vocabulary recordered in the student notes. Students have recorded an cross ciricular understanding between flouresent light wave reflection. We are using to showcase our final project.
Knowledge of elements of art and design principles Students work demonstrates contrast using patterns made with lines and shapes. Students have used neon color to create unity. Beginning The arts did not take very much considerations into these art concepts of the lesson. Students were persistent to finish and completed the piece. It is very rushed as a result of poor quality of work.	Developing Student demonstrated the use of design contrast using patterns to create unity in their work. The balance of the compostion was taken int consideration and artist used lines and shapes and colors that result in work that is developing in merit but not quiet there yet.	Proficient The artist showcases the use of pattern and contrast with careful consideration to color, line and shapes. The work is strong and the end result successfully demonstrates the lesson's focus on these elements and principles of art.
Developing Skills studio habits of mind practices with an emphasis in craftsmanship, engaging and persisting, and conveys an ideas or expression of myself. Beginning The artwork that I produced is inconsistent and poor craftmanship and persistence to finish or complete the piece. It is very rushed as a result of poor quality of work.	Developing The artwork that I produced showcases that student is developing . My work displays signs that student attempted to apply studio habits towards their project.	Proficient The artwork that I produced is quality. My work shows signs that I took time and consideration to apply studio habits within my work.
Creativity The use of imagination or original ideas,	No Evidence Student did nothing or began but did not put enough information to assess student learning.	Beginning Student work was not unique or detailed. Ideas where not original at all.	Developing Student 's final work demonstrates that they did have an established plan before begining the final. The contecpt is somewhat unique and has a little detail but not a .	Proficient Student ideas and final work is unique and interesting and showcases creative risk and adetailed plan was followed in the consideratoin of this artwork.
