Student constantly disrupts class.
Student is texting during class. Student is sent to the Main Office.
Fair
Student disrupts class and has their cell phone out more than 2 times. Cell phone is taken away during class.
Good
Student almost never disrupts class. Less than 1 verbal warning to put their cell phone away. Student agrees.
Excellent
Student never disrupts class. Asks questions that are on topic and appropriate.
Never has cell phone on in class.
Class work time
Poor
Doesn't finish assignments. Nothing to grade.
Fair
Wastes time. Barely finishes, finishes late, or does a poor job.
Good
Busy most of the time. May need extra time to complete. Uses resource room or learning centers to complete.
Excellent
Stays busy and productive. Completes work according to time. Doesn't interrupt or distract others.
