Content	Poor The story is totally unrelated to the topic. The central theme is missing.	Fair The story is remotely related the topic. However, the central theme is hard to identify.	Good The story is somewhat relevant to the topic. The central theme is somewhat identified.	Excellent The story follows through with the central theme. The moral/lesson of the story was easy to identify.
Creativity	Poor Graphics do not go with the text or appear to be randomly chosen.	Fair Poor selection of graphics and little creativity used.	Good Graphics are enough to present the message and creativity is acceptable.	Excellent Graphics go well with the text and there is a good combination of both text and graphics.
Spelling	Poor Several spelling errors.	Fair More than 3 spelling errors.	Good No more than 2 spelling errors.	Excellent No spelling errors.
Organization	Poor The organization of the story is poor and confusing to the reader.	Fair The organization of the story is somewhat organized but still hard to understand what is going on.
