Use of Technology	Poor Student does not know how to properly use and handle technology.	Fair Student can properly use technology and the apps assigned.	Good Student can properly use technology, the app assigned, and can investigate more deeply while in use.
Digital Citizenship	Poor Student does not follow directions for internet safety or how to properly handle technology equipment.	Fair Student is able to follow directions for internet safety and how to properly handle technology, but has to be redirected and reminded often how to do so.	Good Student is able to follow directions for internet safety and how to properly handle technology with no prompting. Student is able to monitor other students who are using technology to ensure they are following rules and expectations.
Following Directions	Poor Student is unable and/or does not attempt to follow the directions given to complete assignments using technology.	Fair Student tries to follow directions to complete assignments using technology, but still struggles to follow through effectively.	Good Student is able to follow all directions to complete assignments using technology and does so correctly.
