Cake Decorating 
Students will frost a given cake. Students will ice cake smooth, decorate the cake with two borders and a minimum 3 flowers. Cake must be compleated in one hour. When done your work area and everything used must be cleaned and put away in its proper place.

Pleasing placement of roses. Rose structured well and nicely placed leafs.

Work area was kept clean before during and after the cake was being predicted.
