Detailed drawing 25 pts 25 points	Poor No drawing submitted	Fair Drawing is vague with no measurements.	Good Drawing is easy to follow with some measurements but still too vague.	Very Good Drawing is easy to follow with lots of detail. Measurements are given but everything is two dimensional.	Excellent Drawing is complete. Three dimensional with all measurements. Any person in class could easily build with drawing.
Area 20 pts 20 points	Poor No areas found	Fair Areas are submitted, but incomplete. Dimensions are missing. Answers are wrong	Good Areas are submitted and is almost complete. Very Good House is well built and measurements are easy to obtain. House is the same as designated blueprint.	Excellent House is well built and all measurements are easily obtained. House fits within designated blueprint. Student has incorporated extra features that make their house a step above the rest.
