	Excellent 100 pts	Good 80 pts	Fair 70 pts	Poor or no points 0 pts
ATTENDANCE	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is present or early for the beginning of each class and stays for full class time.	Good GOOD Student missed less than 25% of a class	Fair FAIR> Student missed one day of class or more than 25% of a class	Poor POOR Student missed 2 or more days of class
PUNCTUALITY	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is on time or early for class.	Good GOOD Student is usually on time or early rarely tardy	Fair FAIR Student is sometimes on time (more than 5 minutes late, more than once)	Poor POOR Student is often late, 3 or more times. Zero points for 4+ tardies.
PARTICIPATION/DISCUSS AND BEHAVIOR	Excellent EXCELLENT Student often asks questions, participates in pair/group discussions. Always respectful to classmates and instructors.	Good GOOD Student sometimes asks questions, and participates in pair/group discussions. May have to be redirected back to class Always respectful to classmates and instructors.	Fair FAIR Student rarely participates in class, struggles with pair/group discussions. Is off task more than twice. Doesn't listen to discussion from instructor or other students.
