skipping Aerobic Exercise A locomotor skill which combines a hop and a step (walk or run). The rhythm is uneven	Excellent (A) 100-93 Performs coordinated movement all of the time.	Good (B) 92-85 Performs coordinated movement most of the time.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Performs coordinated movement some of the time.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Performs step/hop but not completely fluent.	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 Cannot skip.
jumping A form of locomotion in which the body weight is projected from one or two feet and lands on two feet.	Excellent (A) 100-93 Jumps from one or two feet with balanced take off and landing. Lands on balls of feet with knees bent to absorb force.	Good (B) 92-85 Jumps with proper form from one or two feet but shows lack of control on take off or landing. Jarred landing.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Jumps with proper form from one or two feet some of the time and shows little control on take off and landing. galloping A form of locomotion which is a combination of an open step by the leading foot and a closed step by the trailing foot. The same foot leads throughout. The rhythm is uneven.	Excellent (A) 100-93 Leads with 1 foot and has an even rhythm. Feet do not cross.	Good (B) 92-85 Back foot sometimes crosses front foot.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Back foot mostly crosses front foot.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Walk or run. Back foot crosses front foot. Turns to side.	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 Cannot gallop.
hopping Balanced movement from one foot to the same foot.	Excellent (A) 100-93 Can hop balanced on either foot. Landing is soft and controlled.	Good (B) 92-85 Hops mostly on one foot but does not use the other foot as well or at all.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Hops some of the time on one foot but has little balance and does not use the other foot as well or at all.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Cannot balance on one foot on take off or landing	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 Cannot hop.
running A form of locomotion much like the walk except that the tempo and body lean differ. There is no time when both feet are on the ground simultaneously.	Excellent (A) 100-93 Looks straight ahead while running and feet and arms are moving in a straight line in the direction of movement. Weight is on the balls of the feet.	Good (B) 92-85 Mostly looks straight ahead with some arm movement.	Satisfactory (C) 84-77 Some of the time looks ahead with little arm movement.	Needs Improvement (D) 76-70 Rarely runs looking straight ahead. Little or no arm movement. Runs flat footed.	Unsatisfactory (F) 69-0 Cannot run.
