Details	Poor Student has no real details or facts pertainent to the historical event	Fair Student has only one detail or fact that pertains to the historical event	Good Student has two or more details that pertain to the historical event	Excellent Student has three or more details that pertain to the historical event
Description	Poor Student haslittle or no descriptive detail that allows the reader to visualize the event.	Fair Student has some descriptive detail but does NOT allow the reader to visualize the event.	Good Student has some descriptive detail that DOES allow the reader to visualize the event.	Excellent Student excels at descriptive detail, and the reader is able to fully visualize the event.
