Presentation and Group Work Assessment

Student said little that actually contributed to the explanation of the diagram (said nothing or rambled).

Explanation was lacking or unsubstantial rambling. Group members had to take over or cover for student during/after their part of the presentation. Student took way less or way more than 1/4 the total time.

Student presented part of a diagram that showed basic understanding of what was occurring, but not necessarily the topic being covered. The class seemed a bit confused but seemed to understand overall.

Explanation was lacking--someone else had to add additional explanation of their part.

Student presented an explanation of a section of the diagram that demonstrated understanding of the topic and could be generally understood by the class.
