One-Month Fitness Plan
Students will create a 4 week fitness plan pertaining to the component of fitness they chose. It should have a minimum FIVE days of physical activities per week. Each day should have at least 90 minutes of activities. If students decide to have a rest day write REST DAY on the specified day. Be sure to include a warm-up and cool down for each day. Students may use whatever design they want to create the fitness plan. It must be easy to read and organized.
