Foil Relief Sculpture Grid Drawing Student will create a drawing with texture and or pattern to transfer on to a piece of heavy foil. Student will use tools and techniques to push out design and also make areas recede. Practice Drawings	Excellent Completed 3 practice drawings that would be successful as a relief sculpture	Very Good Completed 3 practice drawings, only two would be successful as a relief sculpture	Adequate Completed 3 practice drawings, only one would be successful as a relief sculpture	Inadequate Did only one practice drawing.	Incomplete Did not do practice drawings.
Drawing Skill	Excellent The drawing is superior in skill and concept and fills the space in a creative or original way.	Very Good Drawing is legible and competent in skill or concept, yet fills the space in an expected or non-creative manner.	Adequate Drawing is legible but limited in skill or concept. Composition is poor- the space is not filled in an interesting manner. The work may have smears or stray marks.	Inadequate Drawing is illegible as an image. The image is messy, smeared or ripped. Tooling	Excellent The relief is three dimensional. All parts of the design are tooled. There are no tears. the images are easily recognized and all edges are crisp, sharp and well defined.	Very Good Most of the relief is three dimensional. The design is mostly tooled. There are no tears.The image is recognizable, with most edges sharp, crisp and well defined..	Adequate Some of the relief is three dimensional. The design is somewhat tooled. It is not easily recognized and contains only a few crisp, sharp edges.
