House Hunters

Students look through a housing magazine and cut out houses and organize them into three groups houses they can afford, houses that are too expensive and houses they have just enough money for (excluding tax, closing cost etc...)

Less Than Houses that cost less than $130,000	Great All of the houses were less than the amount of money given.	Good 8-9 houses met the criteria of costing less than the amount of money given	Fair 6-7 houses met the requirement of costing less than the money given.	Poor 5 or less houses met the requirement of costing less than the amount of money given.
Greater Than Houses that cost more than $130,000	Great All of the houses were greater than the amount of money given.	Good 8-9 houses met the criteria of costing greater than the amount of money given.	Fair 6-7 houses met the requirement of costing greater than the money given.	Poor 5 or less houses met the requirement of costing greater than the amount of money given.
Following Directions	Great Paper was folded and houses were sorted into two groups. At least 10 houses were attached to each side. Any houses that cost exactly the amount of money given were attached on the fold.	Good One or two mistakes were made following the directions.	Fair Three or four mistakes were made following the directions.	Poor Five or more mistakes were made following the directions.
Greatest to Least Please do this for BOTH sides of the paper. Ignore any houses on the fold	Great All of the houses on each side were ordered from most expensive(greatest) to the least expensive. [If some houses cost the same it doesn't matter which one comes first]	Good One or two mistakes were made in ordering the houses from greatest to least.
