Responsible Behaviors Pre-test Score	Poor Student is prepared for class activities, participates and stays focused on classwork independently 3 out 5 days per week.	Fair Student is prepared for class activities, participates and stays focused on classwork independently 4 out 5 days per week.	Good Student is prepared for class activities, participates and stays focused on classwork independently 5 out 5 days per week.
Self Esteem Pre-test Score	Poor Student can identify few to no ways to build self esteem.	Fair Student can identify at least 2 to 3 ways to build self-esteem.	Good Student can identify several ways to build self esteem (more than 3)
