Create a Game Proposal Document 10 pts	Poor No official document provided.	Fair Document missing several of the required sections (High Concept, Gameplay , Features, Target Market, Target Hardware Platform, Estimated Schedule and Budget, Competitive Analysis, The Team, Risk Analysis, and Summary) or document required minimal effort.	Good Complete and detailed document is provided
Devlop a game. 10 pts Create a game using C/C++, Visual Basic or other appropriate language.	Poor No attempt is made to develop game in a programming language.	Fair Small parts of the game are developed and provided. Can include functions, classes, sub programs, but not a full game.	Good Code is provided for a complete game. Not necessary to have code compile at this point. A visual or hand trace of the code should look correct.
Test and Debug code 10 pts Game is tested and code is debugged.	Poor No code or Code will not compile – syntax errors.	Fair Code will compile but has issues at run time – logic errors.	Good Code compiles and runs as expected.
Package a game for distribution 10 pts	Poor No code or Only source code.	Fair Single executable.	Good Installable package in zip, exe or web deployable format.
