Concept execution	Excellent Excellent Stylist created a look that was based on the chosen theme and not only carried it throughout their hairstyle, makeup, and station back ground, but went above and beyond what they were asked to bring the total style together.	Good Good Stylist created a look that was based on the chosen theme and carried it throughout their hair design or makeup or background. Must have 2 out of the 3	Fair Fair Contestant did not demonstrate a thorough understanding of the assignment and only loosely incorporated elements of their theme.
Creativity	Excellent Excellent Stylist created a hair, skin and background design that was unique and original. It held the attention of the viewers and was visually attractive.	Good Good Stylist was creative in his/her hair or makeup or background design and drew visual interest to the creation but it was not properly executed.	Fair Fair The stylist's creation was visually appealing, but did not demonstrate very much originality.
Technique	Excellent Excellent Style is cleanly styled, precise, etc showing a high level of skill is demonstrated.	Good Good Style is mostly clean and precise, showing a average amount of skill is demonstrated.	Fair Fair Style is not finished-looking, and appears messy. Very little skill demonstrated.
